Captain's Corner
Thank you for volunteering as a Team Captain!
Responsibilities:

Gather at least 10 brand new winter coats (plus gloves, hats and scarves).

Communicate with your Donors by passing on information from Group Leaders.

Organize your donations before delivering them to your Group Leader (make sure they are properly labeled, etc.).
Tips:
Most team captains solicit the help of family members, coworkers, neighbors and friends.
Keep a list of all your contacts from year to year. Most donors give annually and keeping track of everyone who has purchased a coat will help your team grow!
Create a spreadsheet of information including columns for “gender”, “size”, and “donor” and whether or not you have received the donation.
Give your donors a deadline which leaves room for emergency situations, such as someone failing to buy a coat.
